David R. Ibarra

David began at age 18 as a dishwasher at Farrell's, a division of Marriott Corporation. Within eight years, he rose to franchise ownership. He later founded multiple companies serving the hospitality, automotive, and business sectors nationwide.

He is the author of the Lĭve Ready^® leadership doctrine, including Stop Drifting — Become the Switch Master of Your Own Thought^® and Lĭve Ready^® — Beyond Think and Grow Rich.

His published works also include 28 Essential Lessons to Build an Extraordinary F&I Agency, Becoming the Modern-Day Dealership, and Creating HOW POWER — books that integrate practical business execution with timeless leadership principles.

David is the creator of the Lĭve Ready^® Cycle of Success — a patented performance management software built to establish a Talent P&L and operationalize his core principle: Talent + Capital = Success.

He has served in numerous civic and national leadership roles, including a presidential appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy Board of Visitors. In recognition of his leadership, service, and philanthropy, he has received an Honorary Doctorate and was knighted into the Royal Order of Constantine the Great and Saint Helen.
